Joseph has a Masters of Counseling in Mental Health Counseling and has been helping people and families reach goals for over 8 years. He has worked in every level of care in the Mental Health Field. This helps him as a personal coach to be comfortable with emotions and core issues. He is a Masters-Level Certified Personal Coach. He loves personal life coaching because he works with people who want to get the most out of life.

Joseph is also a couples coach and a family specialist. He has a Bachelors of Interpersonal Communication and is a requested public speaker, author, and workshop facilitator. He is trained to use horses, SCUBA, and other nature-guided activities in his personal life coaching sessions.
