What kind of retreats do you offer?
Couples Retreats. Like marriage retreats or a couples vacation, a couples retreat includes relationship coaching and special activities to help your relationship. Parents, Premarital Couples, or Established Relationships all love our retreats. Relationship coaching may be more appropriate for successful couples than relationship therapy or couples counseling. Help your relationship be successful through our intensive couples coaching retreat.
Personal Wellness Retreats. Most successful people know that they need a "boost" rather than an overhaul. The point of a retreat is to "get away from it all." The "daily grind" is usually filled with distractions that prevent you from achieving your full potential. Personal Growth, Spirituality, Career, Social Relationships, or however you want to balance your life by going on a personal retreat, we will help you gain perspective, support, and rejuvenation.
Team Building Retreats. Whether it is your small business, special group, or your family, or a relationship retreat, our unique Activity-Assisted Coaching style helps you creatively find solutions to your obstacles. You tell us your goals and we cater your retreat experience to maximize your results.
Each Couples Retreat or Personalized Retreat "Voyage" includes:
- Two pre-retreat coaching sessions to "hit the ground running"
- Daily face-to-face specialized coaching
- Daily massage therapy
- Daily yoga and/or meditation instruction
- Daily activity-assisted coaching or experiential activities: Horses, SCUBA Diving, and Nature-Guided Activities
- Daily optional local activities, breaks to work on goals, and still plenty of time to enjoy your retreat location
- Two post-retreat coaching sessions and continuing support to ensure your success
